As a Local business to the Englewood, North Port, & Port Charlotte Area we would be happy to service your location. Fill out the form below and the Local Purveyor or one of our Sales Reps will be in touch.
Thank you. We’ll be in touch soon.

Shown at the top of every page.
Shown to customers when the order window for next-day delivery is closed (after 8:00 PM Eastern).
Every new order and order edit is sent to this address. It must be different from your administrator sign-in email.
Turn the Mystery Promo button on or off for every customer. While it’s off, the button is hidden and any Mystery Promo item waiting in a customer’s order is taken out.
The IP address each customer uses is logged every time they open the order desk. If one account is used from more than this many different IP addresses within 24 hours, you get an email (at most once a day per account). Phones on cellular data can change addresses during the day, so a limit of 4 or more avoids false alarms.
Upload an Excel workbook (.xlsx). Columns, starting at A: item code, category, sub-category, item description, price level 2, price level 9, average weight with LB or Each, item photo, pieces per case, special order only (an x marks the item), currently unavailable (an x shows the item as Currently Unavailable and it can’t be ordered; clear the x when it’s back). Category must be one of Turkey, Ham, Beef, Chicken, Italian, Franks, Cheese, Soups, Foodservice, Retail or Other; when it’s blank, the page picks one from the description. Sub-category (column C) is optional: type any name, and each name becomes its own tab inside that category; items left blank in a category that has sub-categories go under an “Other” tab. A header row is fine. Spreadsheets in the earlier layout (without the sub-category column) still work. In column G, put the average weight with LB (for example 8 LB) for items sold by the pound, so prices are per pound, or Each for items sold by the piece.
Moving from the Claude version? In the old order desk’s Administrator panel, tap “Export for the Firebase site”, then choose that .zip here. It brings over every product, level 9 price, photo, setting and the order number count.

Easiest: put each item’s picture right in its column H cell (in Excel: Insert › Pictures › Place in Cell, or a picture sitting on that cell). The pictures are saved automatically when you publish the spreadsheet, so nothing extra needs uploading. Or upload photo files here, named with the item code, for example 10101.jpg. Photos are matched to items by item code and sized to the 60 × 80 pixel image box on the order page, with nothing cropped. You can select many photos at once.

Every business that has registered. Each sees prices from its price level. New accounts start with No Price File, so they see no prices until you choose a level.
